Our Policies


We accept Pay Pal & Major Credit Cards: Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard. Upon engaging in services, a card will be placed on file and charged in accordance with our policy. Cards will be charged upon the conclusion of each session. 


We are a fee-for-service company that accepts major Credit & Debit Cards. For those with insurance, upon  request, we are able to provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for consideration of reimbursement. Please note that not all therapeutic services are covered, therefore we recommend you verify information with your insurance provider in advance. 

Cancellation Policy

While we are cognizant that life happens, we encourage clients to maintain an open dialogue about your ability to maintain scheduled appointments. As a result, there is a minimum 24 hour cancellation policy in place. This provides an opportunity for others to utilize the available time slot. Our policy is as follows: 

  • Cancellation with a minimum 24 hour notice:  No Fee

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice will incur a charge of 25% of session fee

  • No-show: 50% of the session fee

  • Late Arrival (up to 15 minutes): You will only be seen during your scheduled session time


Privacy Policy

Privacy laws prohibit disclosure of information shared between the client and therapist. Any information requested from a 3rd party, requires written permission from the client. Exceptions to this rule include: 

  • Child Abuse

  • Elderly or Dependent Adult Abuse

  • Danger to self or others
